Who We Hire.
The people who do well here tend to share one trait: when they find a process that is slow or fragile, they fix it rather than route around it. A warehouse supervisor who reworks a picking sequence, an analyst who catches a forecasting error before it reaches a buyer — that is the standard.
Contribution is easy to see in a logistics business, because the numbers are concrete. Order accuracy, throughput, on-time dispatch and inventory variance are measured every day, and good judgement shows up in them quickly.
How People Progress.
Mandates widen as people earn them. A coordinator who runs a corridor cleanly is handed a region; an analyst whose models hold up starts shaping the strategy they feed. We promote against demonstrated judgement, not tenure.
Because FMC is privately held, that progression is not tied to a hiring cycle or a quarterly headcount plan. When someone outgrows a remit, the remit usually grows to meet them.
How We Work.
FMC runs on a single integrated ERP and warehouse-management platform, with quality and compliance practices aligned with ISO standards. That gives teams a shared, auditable view of what is actually happening on the ground, rather than a set of competing spreadsheets.
