This role supports FMC's commercial expansion in the Americas by managing order processing, client communications, and sales documentation. You will work closely with the regional sales team to ensure smooth commercial operations.

Responsibilities

Process sales orders and manage order-to-delivery coordination
Maintain CRM records and client communication logs
Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and contract documentation
Coordinate with logistics teams on shipment scheduling and tracking
Support trade show preparation and client meeting logistics
Generate sales reports and pipeline updates for regional management

Requirements

2+ years in sales coordination or commercial operations
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Spanish language proficiency highly advantageous
Experience in international trade or distribution preferred
