Warehouse Operations Supervisor

This role sits at the centre of FMC's regional warehousing operations, managing inbound and outbound flows across a high-volume distribution facility. You will be responsible for operational efficiency, team leadership, and compliance with FMC's quality and safety standards.

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch
• Lead and develop a team of warehouse operatives across multiple shifts
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 quality management standards
• Monitor KPIs including order accuracy, throughput time, and inventory variance
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and platform teams to optimise flow
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse processes
• Maintain health and safety standards across all operational areas
